A couple of days ago I got this comment that my spam filters managed to miss:

Hello, I’m searching for nursing related blogs like mine http://nursingcrib.com and I stumbled your site, nice blog!. I hope you could also include me in your blogroll.

By the way, you have a very good writing skills here. Keep up the good work.

Nursingcrib.com is actually a cheat site for care plans and such, and also is a platform for selling manuals on passing the NCLEX, which frankly seems to be its principal business.  Judging from the amount of Tagalog, I’m guessing it’s targeted at Filopina nurses wanting to come to U.S. It contains such gems as “Breast cancer is a cancer that starts in the breast” (you don’t say!) and “Colostomy is the opening of some portion of the colon onto the abdominal face” (yeppers).

Thank you for the compliment, “Cherie”, even if it’s computer generated insincerity, and a blatant attempt to manipulate me. And sadly, I must decline your request to add your site to my blogroll.
